Will Forte is grateful that his film Coyote Vs Acme has been saved.

If you didn’t know, the movie was fully filmed and in the post-production phase ahead of a release, when Warner Bros. Discovery decided to scrap the movie completely in November 2023. However, in March 2025, Ketchup Entertainment acquired the film for theatrical release.

Now, Will, who plays Wile E. Coyote’s lawyer in the movie, is reacting to the news.

“I never thought it would happen so it just came out of nowhere and I’m so thrilled. Thank you Ketchup Entertainment, I’m so excited for people to see this movie. I’m gonna promote the crap out of it, just tell me what you want me to do and I’ll go, I’ll do whatever — go to the top of Mount Everest, I’m there,” he told the The Hollywood Reporter in a recent interview.

The film will follow “Wile E. Coyote, who after ACME products fail him one too many times in his dogged pursuit of the Roadrunner, decides to hire a billboard lawyer to sue the ACME Corporation.” It also stars John Cena, Lana Condor, and Tone Bell.

If you didn’t see, Will is also currently starring in a new Netflix comedy series.
