Simu Liu opened up about his experience flying into Toronto, Canada after a plane crashed at the city’s airport.
The 35-year-old Barbie actor flew into Toronto from California. His flight was delayed hours after a Delta plane crash-landed at the airport and rolled.
Thankfully, everyone survived. On social media, Simu explained that how his flight crew responded “filled my heart with hope.”

“Today was a crazy day for anyone flying to or from Toronto,” Simu wrote in a Monday (February 17) post on his Instagram story. “The LAX gate agents for my flight at @aircanada, which was delayed over four hours due to the incident at Pearson, were so amazing to every single passenger. It filled my heart with hope.”
He concluded, writing, “Hope everyone flying arrives at their destinations safely.”
