Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Marshaun Futrell Jr shot dead in the 1800 block of Longford Drive, St Louis.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY — It is with deep sadness that we report the tragic loss of 11-year-old Marshaun Futrell Jr., affectionately known as Baby Marshaun, who was shot and killed Monday night in north St. Louis County. READ MORE HERE

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, officers responded to a shooting just after 8 p.m. in the 1800 block of Longford Drive. When they arrived, they found Marshaun suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to the hospital, but despite the efforts of doctors, he was pronounced dead.

This is the kind of heartbreak no parent should ever have to face. A parent should never have to bury their child. Marshaun had his whole life ahead of him, a future filled with dreams that will now never be realized.
