Meghan Markle is opening up about filming her Netflix series With Love, Meghan.
Unlike many other lifestyle shows, the 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex didn’t film the series at the home in Monetecito, Calif. that she lives in with husband Prince Harry and their two young kids: Archie, 5, and Lilibet, 3. Instead, she filmed the show at a nearby farmhouse.
While appearing at the 2025 Time100 Summit on Wednesday (April 23) in New York City, Meghan explained her decision to not film With Love, Meghan at her real home.
Keep reading to find out more…“When people say, ‘Why didn’t you [film in] your house?’ Well, I have kids coming home for their nap, and 80 people in the kitchen isn’t really the childhood memory I’d want for them to have,” Meghan shared, according to Variety.
“We were really fortunate to find something close by,” Meghan added, noting that drawing that boundary for her family is “how I take care of myself.”
Netflix has already renewed With Love, Meghan for a second season.
