Russell Crowe is speaking out about upcoming Gladiator sequel.
The 60-year-old actor starred in the original movie, which came out in 2000, as Roman general Maximus Decimus Meridius.
During a recent interview, Russell said the making of Gladiator 2 makes him “uncomfortable” and revealed why.

“I’m slightly uncomfortable with the fact they’re making another one — because, of course, I’m dead and I have no say in what gets done,” Russell said on Kyle Meredith With… “But a couple of the things I’ve heard I’m like, ‘No, no, no, that’s not in the moral journey of that particular character’. But I can’t say anything, it’s not my place, I’m six foot under. So we’ll see what that is like.”
Previously, Russell said he should be paid for how often he gets asked about the upcoming sequel, and he did actually say he had faith in the movie with the original movie’s director Ridley Scott.
